INTRODUCTION

Industry Analysis
The local banana industry at this present day is not active as before because of the
growing export business, though there are still businesses of banana industry such
those farmers, wholesalers and retailers. With regards to merienda business
specifically those who sells turon, there are lots of small competition for we can see
even at the street corner of San Mateo, Rizal there are those who sell turon but
because Peanut Brittle Turon is not just an ordinary turon which is definitely the
first of its kind, we can say that we are not deeply affected of those vendors of turon.

Strength – Uniqueness, as we introduce our all-time favourite turon in deliciously
different way.
The location of the business is accessible enough to meet our target market.
The business will easily catch the interest of the customers.
Weakness – Familiarity, Peanut Brittle Turon an original and the first ever product
of its own needed a lot of effort to gain recognition to the community. Lack of
capital.
Opportunities – Innovative Leadership, pioneering the innovative modification of
turon.
Threats – Competition - Similar shop has loyal customers. Opening day issues-
Customers might not return.
The business will be new in the market, it may easily have good market standing but
it may encounter difficulty in terms of sustaining demand of the customers that may
lead to its saturation point or declining stage
