The only thing I couldn't test was the "step2/process_flow_diagram/{Facility_id}"

adding from LegiMapper modal.

That modal doesn't work for me.

1: #DONE# DataTable: 1.1 #DONE# Start Date and Last Modified Date is used from
plans->created_at and plans->updated_at, if
this is changed to facilities->created_at and facilities->updated_at
the sorting will do the
same thing as above.
1.2 #DONE# Tool tips: if you click on sorting by (any column) and
quickly(REALY FAST before the DataTable
is able to refresh) tool tip is frozen on the screen. But all tool tips
still work, just that one
that was hovered over is frozen on the screen.

2: #DONE# If you have 2+ buildings on the `step1/buildings/{facility_id}` and go

back to remove one once you
click next(so the removal of the building is saved) you get an error.

3: On `step1/buildings/{facility_id}` oce you start clicking on 'Potable

supplemental disinfection type'
none can be selected with other types. It should deselect everything else
once clicked and if selected
once clicked on wny other type it should automaticaly be deselected.

4: On `step1/buildings/{facility_id}` max number of buildings is 10. Is that OK?

5: #DONE# On `/step2/water_systems/{facility_id}` Tool tips haven't been

implemented.

6: On `/step2/water_systems/{facility_id}` on all modals 'Water flows from' and

'Water flows to' do not look
like the ons on the LegiMapper website.

7: On `step3/page19/{facility_id}` once you few buildings and save them, go back to

that page and refresh it
icons on the right are not aligned with the rest of the rows.

8: On `step3/page19/{facility_id}` once you add 3+ empty Services and delete the

1st empty Service 2
'Add Services' buttons are displayed. Or if you add a lot of Services and
delete every 3rd empty from top to
bottom you can have a lot of 'Add Services' buttons.

9:On `step3/page19/{facility_id}` once you add 3+ empty Services and delete them in
this siquence from top to
bottom 1st empty, 2nd empty, 3rd empty 'Add Services' button is not displayed

10: If on `step3/page20` when I add 3 Program Teams and click next, only 2nd and
3rd are saved in the DB,
1st one is lost somewhere. (On dev server this page is empty)

11: Every Step3 page that has dropdown 'Facility selected frequency' It is saved
all CAPLS in the DB, and
the data that should be saved in the DB should be from 'Step3Controller.php'
const TYPES or TYPES_2 that's
on the right side. example: 'DAILY' => 'Daily', DAILY is being saved instead
of Daily. This effects the
Review pages as well
