Cons of OSHA;
- Not all employees are covered ( self-employed, independent farmers)
- There are only minimal standards that are set
- Some standards may been out of date
- Not 100% effective in preventing injuries or accidents
OSHA’s safety and health standards, including those for asbestos, fall
protection, cotton dust, trenching, machine guarding, benzene, lead and
bloodborne pathogens.
