    Dear Atty. Valencia,

    I am Jan Melo Villaflor, a 5th year student taking up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. I
    would like to request from your good office to allow me to simultaneously enroll in CE(DESIGN
    DESIGN)along is pre-requisite, in CE422(Structural Theory 2), I am hopeful that this request may
    be approved.
    I am aware of the CHED policy that if I fail the pre-requisite subject, the other subjects which I will
    enroll will be given a failing grade as well and I will not be able to enroll the said subject
    simultaneously again. Here is the list of subjects I plan to take up this semester.
