Sawarna Beach
Sawarna is one of the most beautiful beaches in Indonesia. It is located in Banten. Sawarna is
still unfamiliar for international tourist because of its hidden location on the southern shores

How to Operate a Digital Camera

Follow the steps bellow to take pictures using a digital camera:
1. Firstly, hold up the camera and adjust the object in the center of LCD.
2. Then, move closer or use the zoom control for best results.

On Sunday, Mike Philips and Amelia Watkinson, two New Zealand athletes were
crowned as the champions at the Ironman 70.3 sports championship in Bintan, Riau Island.
For the men’s category, Philip became the quickest athlete with 3 hours 54 minutes.

On Wednesday, approximately 2,000 street children and orphans went to the Fantasy
World (Dufan) amusement park at Ancol Dreamland Park without paying because the city
administration and business firms sponsored them.

The bomb that occurred in the resort of Kuta destroyed the Sari Club and other nightspots.
Many people were victims of the blast and many of them were foreign tourists, a majority being
Australians. A few of the victim were burned beyond recognition. Some tourists who were at the scene
of the blast said there were two explosions around the nightclub. One bomb had exploded outside
Paddy’s Bar before another bomb hit the Sari Club, which was located some meters away.
Hundreds were injured in the explosion and about 220 Australians remain unaccounted for. The
U.K. Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw, said that 33 British citizens were among those killed in Bali attack.
The Australian Prime Minister, John Howard, called its borders, saying this had been a problem for a
long time.
Lists of missing people have been posted in Bali and officials have said that it could take days to
identify all the victims, some of whom were trapped in the Sari Club by a wall of flames. A notice board
at the hospital in Bali includes a section called “Unknown Identity” and detailed a list of characteristics
of the victims such as: “Young girl in intensive care, Caucasian, 11 – 14 years old, face burned” or “Girl in
intensive care, about 5 years old, 130 cm, fair skin, Caucasian with reddish brown hair.”
Many embassies, including the British and the American embassies, were advising their citizens
to cancel spending their planned holidays in Indonesia. US citizens were also asked to evacuate
Indonesia as a safety protocol.
