§ 3 Warranties
Author warrants that the Cont「ibution is original except for such excerpts from copy「ighted works (including

holde「the「eof, in which case(S) Author is 「equi「ed to obtain written permission to the extent necessary and to

indicate the precise sources ofthe exce「pts in the manusc「ipt. Author is also requested to store the signed

Permission forms and to make them ava胎ble to Springer jf requjred.

Author wa「rants that Author is entitled to g「ant the rights in accordance with Clause l ′′Rights Granted,′, that

§ 5 Author’s Discount

books pubIished by Springe「 at a discount of 33 1/3% offthe list price for as Iong as the「e is a cont「actuaI

a「rangement between Author and Springer and subject to applicabie book price reguぬtjon.

Resale of such copies o「 offree copies is not permitted.

§ 6 Governingしaw and Jurisdi劇On

This agreement shaIl be governed by. and shall be construed in acco「dance with, the laws of SwitzerIand, The
