I also think we should include the company’s mission statement and objective in the part of process
analysis. This could be related very easily to the Cost of each process and efficiency of the process. For
example we should find out the cost and efficiency of the a specific department (Purchase or IT).

We can ask them for the ratio or percentage metrics but not the company’s profit margins or
projections….
