The Department of Education (DepEd), Division of Tarlac Province announces the opening for application and selection processes for Kindergarten, IPED, Elementary and Junior High School Teacher I position for School Year 2019-2020. The guidelines set forth in DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2015 for Kindergarten, Elementary and Junior High School and DepEd Order No. 50, s. 2016 for IPED shall still be observed. 2. All applicants shall register to the Department's online system at application.deped.gov.ph where they must encode their Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and select where they want to be ranked. Once submitted, an Applicant Number will be issued. 3. All applicants shall submit their application to the nearest elementary of their residence or school of their choice together with their letter of intent and pertinent documents as listed below and placed in a long white folder with fastener with the Applicant Number indicated. a. Certification from the School of General Weighted Average (GWA), if none, the applicant must present a computation of GWA. e.1 For Education Graduates - GWA of baccalaureate degree 2 For Non-Education Graduates ~ GWA of baccalaureate degree and the eighteen (18) professional units in education e. Copies of Service Records or Certificate of Employment with Inclusive Dates, Performance Rating and School Clearance for those with teaching experience. (Applicants with teaching experience from private schools outside Tarlac Province shall be required to present a photocopy of school's government accreditation to get the fill 0.15 per month) f. Certificates of Seminars/Trainings attended after the baccalaureate degree with inclusive dates ifnot less than ten (10) days Certificate of Specialized Training, if any, authentication and veracity of all documents submitted; and National Certificate issued by TESDA h. The cut-off score for inclusion in the RQA is 70 points. Only those who will obtain 70 and above will be included in the RQA. 6. Applicants who are already included in the Division RQA released last May 22, 2018 may opt to retain their points. As such, they shall no longer resubmit their documentary requirements but may submit additional supporting documents to update their points. They may also opt to submit themselves anew to this year’s Interview, Teaching and Skills Demonstration or use their previous points in these items in the computation of their final rating. This office must be duly informed by the applicant through a letter addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent, Attention: HRMO and must be submitted to the Records Unit of the Division office on or before February 1, 2019. 7.
