LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

I am pleased to recommend Brightson George for the masters program at your university. I
have known him for the past few years as I was his academic professor in the second year of
under graduation. He has been a very energetic student and has exhibited great interest in
academics and extra-curricular activities.

With his keen interest in practical aspects and profound knowledge in theoretical aspects of
the concepts, Brightson has been anreal asset to our institute. He has represented our college
in more than one occasion and has made us proud. As an avid learner of concepts related to
automobile, he would often spend most of his time attending related workshop programg and
seminars. In his third year, he took up the most challenging role, head of design stream, in the
SAE Supra team and mainly concentrated on designing an aerodynamically optimized
vehicle. Though he was completely new to the concepts of aerodynamics, he did not lack the
determination to learn it from scratch. I guided at times when he stumbled across a difficult
concept and suggested him some of the books best related to the concept. Eventually he did a
really great work and also published a paper titled "Determination of Critical Downforce
coefficient for Optimum Aerodynamic Performance". He was also a part of the 3D printing
team and helped build 3D Chocolate Printer. His latest project in his final year was the
experimental analysis of an automobile radiator which involved building an entire radiator
test rig with adjustable flow and analyzing it with varying flow parameters.

Brightson George has always been keen on participating beyond academic cuniculum. He
has secured prizes in several paper presentation symposiums and design competition and was
a final-level participant in ICT Student Innovator Awards 2017. Academically he has been
brilliant. His interest in learning the basic concepts and researching about it further is
reflected in his scores.

Brightson George is an excellent team player, he has exhibited his qualities as a team member
in the various group projects assigned. Brightson believes in persistence and determination
which is well reflected in his achievements. I am certain that he will prove to be an asset to
your university, therefore I support his candidature.
