My warmest greetings to the Municipality of Dingras as you hold your 2015 Ani
Festival!
As you celebrate your annual fiesta, may you collect valuable lessons from challeng-
es of the past and strengthen your solidarity as a town. Indeed, the people of Dingras are
known for industry, resilience, and love of work. These are qualities further highlighted
when coupled with our Ilocano culture of timpuyog or unity.
We in the Provincial Government join you in your festivities, applauding what you
have achieved and anticipating with eagerness what the future holds. Be assured that we
are your partners in building better lives for Ilocanos and developing a sustainable commu-
nity as we strive to become The Best Little Province in the Country IN2020!
May our endless network of communities, of Ilocanos ready to help and build up one

I join heart and hands with my fellow Dingrenios in the celebration of our 14th ANI FES-
TIVAL.

The unity and oneness that we have, bind us together as we take the path to progress,
peace, and development.

We have proven that through our collective and unified efforts, Dingras will be a peaceful
and progressive place to live in.

On the other hand, to carry on with our vision of continued peace and much progressive
town, there is a need for a strength that comes with our knowledge and patience.

Knowledge that should be contributed in the furtherance of our dream to make our town
great and patience to face the trials that may challenge and test our spirit and strength as ONE
and PROUD community.
