2. BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY

RYONAN ELECTRIC PHILIPPINES CORPORATION is a multinational corporation

engaged in the manufacture of automotive wiring harness, components and parts. It's principal

office is located at 105 East Main Avenue, Laguna Technopark, Inc., Biñan, Laguna, Philippines.

It is wholly owned subsidiary of RYONAN DENSO CO., LTD., a company incorporated in Japan

having principal office at 186-8 Kameyama, Himeji, Hyogo, Japan. It operates a wholly owned

subsidiary, RYONAN ELECTRIC VIETNAM CO., LTD., with principal office at Lot B-10 Thang Long

Industrial Park, Dong Anh District, Hanoi, Vietnam.

REGULAR REVIEW OF OBJECTIVES AND TARGETS

Conduct environmental performance evaluation to assess suitability of the EMS

programs and activities.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY PROMOTION AND COMMUNICATION

Our EMS policy shall be oriented and shall be made available to our employees,

sub-contractors and to the public.

POLLUTION PREVENTION

Reduce the harmful effect of noise pollution through proper wearing of PPE and

conduct of awareness training about air pollution through effective and preventive

maintenance of vehicle, machines and equipment.

Implementation of proper waste segregation directed to waste reduction.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

Continuously improve environmental programs to minimize the waste and use of

natural resources.
