• He needs to review the proposal documentation and determine types and material quantities in
order to determine labor requirements.
• He needs to know how use the historical and standard rates, in order to optimize resources and
determine effectiveness cost in the bid.
• He needs to have a good attitude in order to have a good communication with client, vendors, or
other persons involved in the bid process.
• Needs to calculate individual items, such as labor, materials, equipment, machinery, and overhead
cost using computer softwares.
• Good communication with other departments such as accounting, personnel, engineering,
procurement, quality control, and others regarding to the bid process.
• Needs to do and submit subcontract work packages for specialized portions of work to
procurement in order to obtain quotations.
• Ensures that material take-off is done accurately and timely.
• Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum experience over 5 years.
