    would best serve these goals.

    Purpose: Support boys in developing healthy understandings of masculinity

    Writing Piece: Letter to parents about the need for this group? Letter to Ms. A about the need
    for this group?

    Action 2: Write a Petition

    Audience: Vermonters

    Purpose: Acquire support for stricter gun laws

    Writing Piece: letter to politician, introductory argument to gain support for petition, letter to
    the editor

    Action 3: Bake sale

    Audience: OES community

    Purpose: raise money for hand dryers in the bathrooms

    Writing Piece: handout, advertisement, write to newspaper, letter to school board
