Danger
Danger from electric voltage
Only qualified personnel (electrician) is allowed to work on electrical parts.
The staff must ensure that the Equipment has no voltage during any work
on the Equipment. Therefore, shut down the Equipment as prescribed and
secure it against restarting.
All the electrical parts meet the valid EN accident prevention regulations.
Potentially fatal voltages (higher than 50 V AC or larger than 120 V DC) are
present at the following places:
 Inside control cabinets
 In 3-phase or 1-phase AC motors (if they are present/delivered)
 In terminal boxes for 3-phase or 1-phase AC motors
The following units have lower voltages - 24 V (only for information):

6.3.1 Dedusting connection

Connecting stub Connect the external dedusting system (industrial
for suction pipe vacuum cleaner - “customer contacts”) to the central
connector on the Equipment using a flexible hose
with an internal diameter (Dn) of 50mm.
This is done by leading the suction pipe along the left
side to the Equipment bottom and connecting it with
the stub there by retractable hose clamps. The
electrical control is connected in the control cabinet;
the connection is shown in the Equipment’s Electrical
documentation.

6.3.2 Pneumatic system connection

Connect the pneumatic system - compressed air
supply to the connector at the bottom from the
automation (rear) side. The Push-In connector for a
PU hose with an outer diameter of 16mm is used for
connection. (It is recommended to prepare close to
the Centaurus the compressed air supply with a fixed
½" pipe with a ball valve and for connection to use a
16 mm diameter flexi hose.)
