STUDY PLAN

Dear Mr/Mrs,

First of all, Thank you for reading my study plan. My name is Bilguun Batbaatar, I was born in
18th of August, 1993 in Ulaanbaatar city which is the capital city of Mongolia. I would like to
continue my academic career by pursuing a master degree in China. In 2009, I have graduated
my secondary school at “FUTURE” complex school. In 2013, I had graduated my undergraduate
degree at the Mongolian State University of Agricultural as a major of Mathematical software.
This existence has created me to continue the study for specific purpose in a field of intelligent
system and control. I feel I am now ready to complete a degree, and understand what is
required to function successfully in our environment.

These years Mongolian government pays attention to education of young generation.

According to my background, I always loved Math and Society subjects. I have graduated my
secondary school at “FUTURE” complex school which is the one of top ranking school in
Ulaanbaatar. My high school teachers used to give big attention to my improvement of sport
career and they had practiced me to some other competitions. My motivation of my life is my
teachers. I am such a lucky student who had many good teachers. In my free time, I tried hard
to make me on upper level to train as basketball player. I used to play in our school basketball
team and in my university basketball team too. Sport is not just for a healthy life, it is passion,
sport is something you work hard for, something you put all of your spare time and effort into.
And my another hobbies are play football and read a book. During my study of bachelor degree
at the Mongolian State University of Agricultural, I have tried my best to show myself on
academic classes and into social works. For me it was great pleasure to improve myself to learn
English and Korean languages. It gave me more power to speak, to express myself and to solve
the problems.
After my graduation of bachelor degree, I started my work career from MOBINET LLC as a
salesman in 2012. After that, I have started to work at Ulaanbaatar Railway LLC as a technician.
This existence gave me more motivation to bring myself upper in this field. After that, I had an
opportunity to work at OYUNY UNDRA LLC as an IT engineer from 2013 to 2017. During those
years, I have been always try to catch the chances to develop my skills by taking courses. For
example, APC brand by Schneider Electric of Summit Mongolia 2015, Quad Play : Costing and
Pricing infrastructure / Centers of excellence network for Asia pacific region 2017/, 4G Mobile
and Communication Network Planning & Optimization for Countries along the “ One Belt and
One Road” – Ministry of Commerce, People’s Republic of China 2017 etc.. From 2017-2018, I
worked at Mongolian top broadcasting cable MNBC as a Project engineer. And since 2018, I
started my career at OYUNY UNDRA Group as a head engineer of communication.
Nowadays, I have set a goal to become more successful and intelligent. So my first goal is to
successfully study in China with my profession. China is one of the world's most powerful
country and Chinese education system is top ranking, and it’s affordable. Today all over the
World, China is very popular by its own history and culture and it made me to know more about
Chinese culture and life styles. Now, I am applying for my master studies as a field of intelligent
system and control. In recent years, research on intelligent systems is becoming more and more
popular in academe. Intelligent systems research mainly involves the field of artificial
intelligence. There are many research groups engaged in the research of intelligent systems in
the world, and a variety of achievements have been made. And this field is developing
successfully in China over last years.
If I accepted as your student , I will use all of my resources to work hard to be the one of
outstanding student in your university. My goal of study in China will be learn Chinese language
as well and planning to pass high level of Chinese Proficiency Test before my graduation. And I
am planning to do research about Chinese and international culture more fully and to study my
master degree profession with high results. Studying in your university will polish my
knowledge which based on my few years of experience. My starting point was not only the
major classes but Chinese culture. I have been for many years fascinated by Chinese culture,
particularly poems, philosophy, history. My approach to Chinese economic is thus based on
both an interest in Chinese culture and the question of how this culture interacts with the high
technology. After my graduation, I am advancing to continue my career, specially planning to
work for a government organization.
I believe in my abilities and I always push own limits in order to achieve the knowledge. I am a
believer of the fact that there is no substitute to hard work. It will be an opportunity for me to
improve and brush up all, my talents and skills in order to tall in this World of fierce
competition, so I will surely give more attention. At least, If your university let me study at your
university, I will be extremely happy and intend to go with hard work. During my previous study
I always got excellent grades and I always have keen interest in my study. I do hope that I shall
