I A Srinivasanaik Head of the department – Mechanical Engineering at IIIT Srikakulam,
writing this letter to seek your permission to conduct an Industrial visit at your esteemed
organization. IIIT - SRIKAKULAM is one among the four colleges under the university of RGUKT
(RK Valley, Nuzvid, Ongole & Srikakulam) started in the year 2016 by the Government of Andhra
Pradesh, with a motto to provide high quality educational opportunities for the aimed rural youth
of Andhra Pradesh.
I would like to inform you that the industrial visit is planned for the students of
Mechanical Engineering with a total strength of 127 + 8 faculty members. I on behalf of
Department of Mechanical Engineering request you to give us permission to take our students to
your organization for one day on 16-03-2019. I also request you to inform us the pre requisites
to be taken before the visit.
I hope this visit will definitely help our students to enhance their technical knowledge and
understand the industry culture and work environment.
