RE: FINAL DEMAND

Dear Mr. Doe,

We are writing in behalf of our clients, Spouses Ironman, in connection with the
Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱20,000.00) balance of the Compromise Settlement of Civil
Case No.12345 which is incorporated in a court decision dated June 16, 2018.
It appears that you breached the above-stated Compromise Settlement and by
failing to keep your end of the agreement despite demands, you failed compliance.
Demand is hereby made for you to pay our clients the foregoing amount within ten
(10) days upon receipt of this letter. Otherwise, our clients would be constrained to
institute the necessary legal action to protect their interest.
