quality product supply at all times.
Take gate audit of tractors on sampling bases.(Road test)
Takes corrective and preventive action on the problems encountered during road t
est.
Assists in Improvement trials on the Shop floor.
Take IQS (Initial Quality study) audit on monthly bases.
Prepare Pareto and IQS trend of defects observed during audit.
According to defects and severity, take and monitor corrective action plan from
owner of defect.
Take Process audit of tractor assembly line.
Participate in carrying out PFMEA (potential failure mode effect and analysis) o
n tractor assembly line
Supervised and successfully monitored Daily GR Inspection plan of overall tracto
r parts.
Tracking of ORC (Open Resolve closed) status of each & every problem observed or
reported from Customer end, assembly line through using the Quality tools lik
e QC story, kaizen & Pokayoke.
Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adheren
ce to quality standards, norms & practices, Identify gaps & taking corrective ac
tions
Preparation of Inspection plan (Checklist) for parts
Plan & execute Layout inspection of Parts.
Quantify GR Rejection & LR PPM report on weekly & monthly basis.
Establishing Common Inspection method at our plant.
Familiar with Measuring and Test equipments, hardness testers, Surface roughness
tester, Millipore tester, Special attribute gauges, Portable Faro Gauge etc.

Solve the problem like front axle hub crack using 7 Qc tools.
Make dolly and fixture for securing pin of main bearing to avoid wrong fitment o
f pin(Pokayoke)
Improve process sequence for brake setting to avoid skidding of tractor while br
aking.
