Event Date: Saturday, 16th March 2019


General Rules:
1. Institute is required to confirm their participation along with the names of the students
latest by 13th March 2019.
2. Participants must report to Faculty of Commerce and Business Management, AITS
Building, Amrapali Group of Institutes for registration by 9:30 am along with their
college I-Cards.
3. All members of the team must belong to the same institute.
4. Multiple entries from same college are allowed.
5. All the team members have to strictly adhere to the game rules or they shall be liable to
disqualification.
6. The decisions of the organizers of the contest and the panel of judges will be final and
binding on all the participants.

EVENT SPECIFIC RULES

EVENT 1: BULLS AND BEARS


Faculty Coordinator: Dr. Hem Chandra Kothari (8958912291)

RULES:
Stock Market Game - Bulls and Bear
Number of levels in the Game: Two. Level-1 and 2
Team Size: Two participants.
Number of Teams: 10 approx initially in the round one. In round two the game will be
played between five teams.
Level-1

1. In this level all participants (one from each team only) will be required to give written
quiz.
2. Out of total number of participating teams, best five teams will be selected on the
basis of merit.
3. Quiz will be on stock market and related concepts.
Level-2

1. Winners of Level-1 (five teams) will be given virtual cash of Rs.100000 to invest in
shares.
2. The shares can be bought and sold at the price at which they are offered.
3. Teams have to make a portfolio of shares (at least of two different companies).
4. Teams can manage their portfolio on the basis of the information provided to them.
5. Total of three rounds will be played in which participants would have an opportunity
to change their portfolio.
6. Winner team will be the one holding most valuable portfolio (in INR).

EVENT 2: BUSINESS GURU

RULES:
1. Written test will be conducted to select team in elimination round
2. One team consist of two members only
3. Team composition cannot be changed once the prelim has been taken
4. Total six teams will play final rounds including team AGI
5. Total four rounds will be played with selected six teams
6. Each round will eliminate one team
7. Last round i.e Rapid fire round which will be the final round will be played among
remaining three teams.

Four Rounds consist of:

• Round 1: General Round


• Round 2: Symbol Round
• Round 3: Subject Specific Round
• Round 4: Rapid fire Round

EVENT 3: JUST A MINUTE

RULES:

1. The games will be of one minute only.


2. There will be an elimination round before any games are played.
3. The final selection of team participating in games will be decided at the venue only.
4. The event shall have four levels.
5. The team shall comprise of two members only from an institute/college.
6. The rules for the games will be disclosed at the venue.
7. All the team members have to strictly adhere to the game rules or they shall be liable to
disqualification

EVENT 4: CORPORATE ROADIES

Objective: To check the mental toughness, creative skills, thinking skills, situational
response skill, and team work ability of participant.
Stage (1) – Business Plan
Stage 1 is all about presentation of a business plan by each team where plan should be
innovative, unique, and concise and should be effective as well as cost affective.
(Business Plan team needs to plan in advance and need to come with prepared plan i.e. using
ppt. of business plan.)
Parameters of this activity are Business Idea, Presentation Method, Communication Method,
Eye Contact, Confidence, Postures, Meaningful, Team Work, Preparation Level
Stage (2) - Add the Ads
Stage 2 is all about to check the creative skill of participants as well as it will check whether
they have skill to implement the plan they made. In this activity students are required to
connect their AD with their Business idea .Students can shoot an ad using his own skill, own
story, own tag lines, they will be free to shot in any way in their own style.
Parameters of this stage are Promotion Theme (Story), Presentation Style, Message
delivering, Impactful, Tagline
Team having highest score in Stage (1+2) will be considers winner and that team will
declare as the CORPORATE ROADIES.
RULES:
1. Participants need to prepare Business plan in stage 1 in advance in the PPT Mode etc.
2. Participant need to prepare and shoot ad for stage 3 in advance and that should be of 3
minutes maximum
3. Elimination will take place after every round.
4. In every team there should be 4 numbers of participant who maybe of same course and
semester or different.

EVENT 5: RANGOLI

RULES:
1. Only one team can participate from one college.
2. Only 04 members can participate in a team.
3. Rangoli Art should be within 3*3 sq fit spaces.

4. Theme of Rangoli is “Swachcha Bharat Abhiyan – एक कदम स्वच्छता की ओर”

5. Time duration to complete the art is 90 minutes.


6. Basic colours for the Art will be provided by the Institution. Participant students are
allowed to bring their own colours or material.
7. Best three teams will be awarded.

EVENT 6: NUKKAD NATAK

Theme: (i) Green- Drama = Environmental Education + Drama.
(ii) Encouragement & Enslavement: A Story of Social Media.
(iii) India: A Country for Reserved, not for the Deserved.

No. of Participants per Team: Min. 5 & Max. 12 Members


Time Limit: Teams should restrict their play to 15 min. (12+3)
Warning Bell: 12 minutes Final Bell: 15 minutes
Language of the Play: English / Hindi or both
No. of Round: One
RULES:
1. The competition will be conducted in open space. No microphones, speakers, music
system will be allowed or available. Teams can sing/dance by themselves to create the
necessary music or sound.
2. No props are allowed but musical instruments like Dhafli can be used.
3. Teams can use their Banners & Posters.
4. No time for stage setting will be given during the competition.
5. Decision of judges will be final and binding on all teams.
6. Use of vulgar language is prohibited.
7. Multiple entries from a particular college / institution are not allowed.
8. Best Three Teams will be awarded.
9. Topic for Nukkad Natak needs to be decided and intimated at least 2 days in advance.
