AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 3, SERIES 2016

REVERTING THE AMOUNT OF FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (P15,000,000.00) FROM
RECEIPTS FROM LOANS AND BORROWINGS AND RE-APPROPRIATING SAME
FOR THE PURCHASE OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT – FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS

BE IT ORDAINED in regular session that:
Section 1. – The Supplemental Budget No. 3 of the Municipality of Dingras, Ilocos Norte
for Fiscal Year 2016 in the amount of Fifteen Million Pesos (P15,000,000.00) covers the
Receipts from Loans and Borrowings – Fifteen Million Pesos (P15,000,000.00); and re-
appropriating same for the Purchase of Heavy Equipment – Fifteen Million Pesos
(P15,000,000.00)
The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made
integral part of this Ordinance:
1. Proposed New Appropriation Language
2. New Appropriations by Program/Project/Activity
3. Program Appropriation and Obligation by Object

Section 2. Sources of Funds. The sources of funds for this Supplemental Budget in the
total amount of Fifteen Million Pesos (Php. 15,000,000.00) is from Receipts from Loans
and Borrowings – Fifteen Million Pesos (Php. 15,000,000.00) of this LGU as follows:

Section 3. Use of Funds. The amount of Fifteen Million Pesos (Php. 15,000,000.00) is
hereby appropriated for the Supplemental Budget No. 03 of Dingras, Ilocos Norte, as
follows:

Section 4. – Under Municipal Ordinance No. 2016-10-002, the Sangguniang Bayan had
authorized the proposed borrowing of the Municipality of Dingras with the Land Bank of
the Philippines in the amount of Fifteen Million Pesos (P15,000.000.00) to fund the
acquisition of various types of brand new heavy equipment;
Section 5. Effectivity. The provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
