AFFIDAVIT OF AREA OWNED, NON-TENANCY AND NON-

IMPROVEMENT

WE, VERONICA M. LIBAO, TITA M. FABRO, both residents of Barangay

Cabulanglanga, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur and Sps. JEOFFRE and JUVY MARIA QUITORIANO,
residents of Barangay Cabaroan, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, all of legal age, married, and Filipino
Citizens, after having been sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state: That-

1. We are the VENDOR and VENDEE of a certain parcel of land described as follows:

“ A riceland upland located at Barangay Ag-aguman, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.

Bounded on North , by Eusebio Alamay; on the South, by Feliza Binas-o;
on the East, by Eusebio Alamay; and on the west, by Pedro Garlejo and
Benita Baobaoen. It has an area of .2660 square meters, more or less,
declared under Tax Declaration No. 05-1840A.. ”.

2. We do not own more than FIVE (5) hectares of agricultural lands anywhere in the
Philippines nor listed under the LISTAKA program of the Government;

3. The land included in the DEED OF ADJUDICATION WITH ABSOULUTE DEED OF

SALE has no improvement thereon, same is not tenanted, and finally same are not within
the coverage of Operation Land Transfer initiated by the Department of Agrarian Reform
or under R.A. 6657 (Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law);

4. We are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
statements and for any legal purposes and intents it may serve;
