As a Chief of Police of San Pablo Police Station, Isabela Police Provincial
Office, Police Regional Office 2. The primary duties and functions as law enforcer is
to arrest the criminals with regards to the enforcement or implementation of the
Money Laundering Act to prevent persons engaging in illegal activities and other
forms of crimes.
Furthermore, as a PNP uniformed personnel of the law enforcement agency
one of the most visible representative of the government in terms of enforcing the
laws, we are mandated to enforce rules and regulations in accordance with the law.
Hence, we should contribute to the best of our abilities and skills to be able to share
our responsibilities to attain a peaceful and orderly community.
In addition of preventing illegal activities is the conduct of regular information
drive to raise awareness like conduct of dialogue to the community and organizing
barangay intelligence networks with the use of social media so that we can respond
to the mechanics and peculiarity of the immediate transformation of technological
advancement to further uplift the delivery of our services.
I can use anti-money laundering law to prevent persons engaging in illegal
activities thru the conduct of anti-criminality campaign with in our area of
responsibility, conduct simultaneous anti-criminality law enforcement operation,
conduct checkpoint and mobile patrol in the commercial establishment, conduct
oplan sita, oplan galugad and oplan bulabog especially in prone area to prevent
persons engaging in illegal and criminal activities.
To ensure public safety, further strengthen local government capability aimed
towards the effective, delivery of the services to the community.
Deploy PNP personnel to engage to the community to determine their
problem at the area, because the PNP shall be a community and service oriented
agency responsibilities for the maintenance of peace and order and public safety.

engaging in illegal activities with the active support of the community the role of
