Cira Davis has been employed by AppleTree Academy since November 2017. She has
been a teacher for children ages six weeks through six years old. Cira is an organized and
extremely competent instructor, and her intuitiveness and rapport with children is astounding.

Cira is responsible for co-teaching and substituting in each classroom. Cira is particularly
effective at engaging children using her creative story telling skills. Her understanding of
exploratory-based learning is evidenced by her use of open ended questions to encourage
discussion and discovery, stimulating children’s learning and creativity.

Cira has been an ideal employee. She has conducted herself professionally, is obviously
passionate and dedicated to the children, is regularly complimented by parents, and has been a
