-CLEAN ZONE PH
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to submit a proposal for Clean Zone PH website.
Working together, we can create a site that is simple to navigate and has a professional yet welcoming
design. Based on our preliminary discussion, here are the identified Needs and Solutions we want to
address in this project.
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
To produce a website that can support Clean Zone PH customers and attract potential clients
through online services and promotions that is easy to access and navigate. Website content and
design shall showcase the company’s strengths and reliability that secures trust of customers. As an
advancement, all bookings and transactions shall be available 24/7, easily manageable and real time
updated. Website shall be flexible which will let Clean Zone PH maintain the website even after full
purchased without the need to reprogram or to pay any amount.
Produce a website that can reach out potential customer and to support existing customer.
The design will also convey to potential subscribers that Clean Zone PH is a professional, reliable company. All
services and booking process will be available anytime in an easy to navigate to minimize the
customer’s effort. As advancement, all booking transaction is easily manageable with high accuracy.
Website will be designed flexible which will let Clean Zone PH to maintain the website even after full
purchased without need or reprogramming or paying any amount.
Landing pages such as Company Profile, FAQs, About US and Contact Us will be patterned to the
agreed company format of Clean Zone PH. Marketing View like Client Testimony and Gallery can be
modify even after-sale using admin access page. Admin can edit, add and delete pictures/images
anytime.

Transactional pages such as Services, Booking Request and Payment Module will be included in
the website. List of all offered services and promos will be displayed at the Services Page. Customers can
request any services by accomplishing required details at Booking Request Page. Customer has the
option to pay the service immediately through credit/debit card by proceeding to payment module. The
payment module will ask for the card details based on payment gateway requirements. Clean Zone PH
will apply for a Payment Gateway. Listed below are the available payment gateway in Philippines.

If Clean Zone PH preferred a specific bank, they can contact the bank and ask for their
accredited payment gateway list. Once a Payment gateway is approved, programmers will be the one to
communicate with payment gateway for the integration.
User Interface for Admin is the same as what customer can view on the website page except for
an additional panel/menu – the Admin Panel. This panel includes Admin Security, Gallery Maintenance,
Booking Request Management, and Non-Static Fields Management.
Admin Security can manipulate which user/s can access admin panel.
Gallery Maintenance has the list of images to be displayed in the Testimony page and Gallery
page which admin can edit and update. The company’s future activities, promotions and achievements
can be publicized in this page.
Booking Request Management contains list of booking requests done by customer in two main
categories. First category is the Pending Requests, the list of all pending request awaiting action from
the admin. It can be sorted by request date, customer name and service requested. Second category is
the Closed Request which is the list of all cancelled and disapproved requests as well as the
completed/served requests. Booking Request Management also includes necessary reports such as
serviced Request, Pending Request, Customer List, Cancelled Request, Disapproved Request, and
Request Full Detail.
Non-Static Fields Management will update fields with possible future changes such as Company
Information like contact number, email address and Client Count.

A. PROJECT PROCEDURE
Project will start as Clean Zone PH accept the proposal followed by Data Gathering. Data
Gathering duration will depend on Clean Zone PH. All needed information, processes and
requirements must be captured during data gathering which will be use as a basis for Technical
Specification. Before the development start, both team members and Clean Zone PH shall agree on
Technical Specification with signed contract. After development stage, next will be deploying
website to correct domain with ‘UAT’ (text to specify that it is for testing purposes only) to proceed
on user acceptance testing(UAT). Once the Clean Zone PH is satisfied with their testing, a UAT Sign-
off must be signed before proceeding to LIVE(production) and surrendering the super admin
account. Please note that any additional request after UAT Sign-Off will be subject for Customer
Change Request(CCR). CCR will be considered as new project.
Reporting or presenting the pages of the website will be divided into three. Landing Pages,
Transactional Pages, and Admin Pages (Please see Scope and Limitation for sub-pages).
C. QUALITY ASSURANCE
A training will be conducted before proceeding to UAT phase to guide the testers. Please
refer on below test cycle diagram to be followed during UAT testing. Test script (findings template)
will be provided to tester to properly document the testing stage before UAT Phase. This will help
the tester to identify the function and process of each page which will ease the re-testing for final
test cycle before production.

Deployment to
UAT environment
Test Script and other references used during the testing will be attached on UAT Sign-Off
documents for proper documentation.
5. PROJECT TIMELINE
Below is the timeline for Clean Zone PH website. Start and Finish dates will depend on Data
Gathering. Timeline is purely for Development stage only. Overall development man-day is 50 days.

6. QUOTATION
All the information in this proposal are strictly confidential to both Parties and shall not be
disclosed to any Third Party, or used by any Party for any purpose other than to evaluate the terms of
this proposal without prior written consent of both Parties. Quotation is based on the total hours(4
hours per day) of development, Data Gathering phase and UAT support are both free.

A. SUMMARIZED QUOTATION
1. FEE SCHEDULE
If Clean Zone PH wishes to go forward with the project, here is the schedule for payments of
the fee: 50% due upon acceptance of the proposal before work commences 30% due upon delivering
the completed design with the content management system in place before UAT Phase 25%
completed design was delivered to Clean Zone PH. We will launch the website once requested,
provided that there is no balance due.

• We retain the right to display graphics and other Web content elements as examples of our
work in our portfolio and as content features in other projects. We also retain the right to
place a discreet text link at the bottom of the website page(s).
• The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between Clean
Zone PH and the programmers regarding all items included in this agreement.
