END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

o you only upon the condition that you accept all of the terms contained in this
End User License Agreement ("Agreement") between you (an individual) and Playti
me Media, Inc. for this Software product.

LICENSE AND WARRANTY
The software which accompanies this license ("Software") is the property of Play
time Media, Inc. and is protected by copyright law. The Software product is pro
vided "as is" and "at your own risk", without warranty of any kind, either expre
ssed or implied, regarding the operation of the software product, including warr
anties of merchantability or its fitness for use for any particular purpose. By
installing the software product, you agree to accept all liability regarding its
use or misuse. Playtime Media, Inc or any distributor of the Software will not
be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of
the use of the Software.
You will be granted certain rights to use the Software upon acceptance of this l
icense. Your rights and obligations are as follows:
Under this Agreement you are permitted to:
(a) Use one copy of the Software on a single computer for the duration of the tr
ial period; You may also use this software on a second computer that you own, pr
ovided that the Software will not be in use on more than one computer simultaneo
usly.
(b) Make one copy of the Software to CD-ROM or floppy disk, or other means as ap
propriate for the purpose of a personal backup.
(c) Upon purchase, use only one copy of the Software for as long as the product
is supported.
Under this Agreement you are NOT permitted to:
(a) Make any copies of the Software, except for personal backup purposes or as d
escribed above.
(b) Transfer, distribute, modify or translate the Software, or any portion there
of.
(c) Disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software or any of
its data in any way, shape, or form.
(d) Distribute add-ons or levels of any kind for use with the Software.
(e) Distribute License registration codes or hacked full versions of this Software
to any third party.
(f) Use the Software for any commercial purpose.
Violations of any of the preceding restrictions may result in revocation of this
license without notification or compensation.
Unregistered (ie. free trials or demos) copies of this program are limited in us
e. You must purchase this Software and enter the appropriate and personal regist
ration information to gain unlimited usage rights to the Software.
This software program is owned by Playtime Media, Inc. and is protected by Unite
d States, Canadian and international copyright laws.
GENERAL
This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the British Columbia, Ca
nada without regard to principles of conflicts of laws and shall inure to the be
nefit of Playtime Media, Inc, its successors and assigns.
Any disputes relating hereto shall be adjudicated in the provincial courts in Br
itish Columbia, Canada, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of
said courts. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any prov
ision of this License Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that p
rovision of the License Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permis
sible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Licen
se Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO B
E BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THIS IS THE ENTIRE A
ND EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
