We are a small team of well experienced professionals, worked with Global Companies in Marketing
and IT & Network field. The team is passionate about providing Digital Solution to Small and Medium
sized Businesses and we are now in the initial phase of setting up a Digital Solution Company.

DigiSol is set to provide a complete Solution to it’s customers partnering with Web Developer
Company.

DigiSol is looking to build a partnership with Web Developer Company who meets our requirement
for long term Digital Business Solution.

DigiSol will do all the Sales and Marketing in UK and Hong Kong and maintain the customer relation.
The Sales will be shared 50/50 between Partner Companies.

DigiSol Terms

1) Build fully functional website of 1moreDigiSol.com including Hosting, Logo, chat (Facebook
Messenger, integration of Zopim which is free for 1 agent or any other suggestion) and payment
services (Stripe of Paypal so that someone can pay into your bank account)

2) Share Resources, Training Videos, Sales and Marketing kits, etc with 1moreDigiSol with updated
version.

3) Quote on individual client's website to 1moreDigiSol, and DigiSol will add their Commission and
submit to client.

4) DigiSol will use Bent Ray's hosting service for client for 1 year which will be quoted separately
after service renewal.

5) Ongoing Support, update and maintenance for DigiSo website. If there is additional changes or
upgrades to the website, both party require 1 month notice and the charges will be quoted
separately.

6) Regional leads should be forwarded to DigiSol (Hong Kong and UK)

7) Dedicated Account Manager according to the business need.

8) Provide first point of contact initially at the start of project and once project is finalised, Team can
get in touch with DigiSol or the client as per our terms.

9) Provide support 9 a.m. to 6 p.m Monday to Friday Local Standard Time.

10) DigiSol requires 1 month advance notice for any major changes in Partner Company.

11) Any other business charges to DigiSol have to be informed before signing contract.

12) All charges will be quoted to DigiSol's clients before closing the deal.

13) Service Delivery should be followed strictly. Bent Ray should be responsible for any delay in
delivering services which impacts the business of DigiSol's clients.

13) Share the price list for small business. DigiSol gets 50% of Sales for New Customers (Small and
Medium Clients) but we can discuss and work out on Large Projects in mutual agreement.

Example;

14) 40% for any existing product resell to DigiSol’s customers.


15) Bent Ray can use our Company name as their Regional Partner and this applies to DigiSol as well.
Both parties exchange resources and information according to business requirements.
