To book you place/table please use the forms and either make payment direct to Karen or
Sally or you can book by Bank Transfer. (Please note different account number to your
normal bank transfer number payment)
£15.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Once you
have paid your deposit you can then spread the rest of the payment over the coming
months if this helps anyone out. But all outstanding balances must be paid by 31st August
2019.
All tickets booked are NON-REFUNDABLE

I cannot take bookings from Facebook please contact me direct. Under 18, must be
accompanied with a parent/guardian.

You can choose your own tables and who you sit with. Tables are from 8 to 12 people per
table, if you have more than 12 then I will make sure your other table is next to yours.
So, get chatting invite your friends, family and other SBS people to join your table and get
your tables organized.
If you haven’t got enough for your minimum 8 to a table, that isn’t a problem we will
make sure you are accommodated, and we will link you up with others who may wish to
book a table. We want everyone to have a great evening so please ensure that all are
invited

We have also secured discounted rooms rates available for the night.
£75.00 per room B & B for single occupancy
£80.00 per room B & B for double occupancy

To book a room please just quote "Step by Step Dance School" Last year the rooms sold
out so please book your room early.

Parking is available on site but limited. Parking is free until the next day, so you can leave
your car overnight if you wish. You must make sure you put your car registration in at
reception, so you are not charged.

This will be an amazing evening in a great venue, with lovely food, dance workshop,
Awards and dancing the night away with Vintage Plus the live band.
