The Key stages when installing Windows

In order to successfully install the windows operating system on a computer system,

research and analysis should be done to obtain the relevant system specification for the
computer it is being installed on. Information can be found about this via the Internet.

1 Turn on the power. - Power on the computer
system, by pressing the
power button located on
the computer tower.

Having successfully installed the windows OS files on the machine, the computer system will
then be automatically rebooted. The individual will then be required to fill out specific user
information within an assortment of steps, these steps are exemplify below.

• User Name and Computer Name

- A user name and computer name will be required to ensure there will be security and
personalization for the system user.

• User account Password

- Having a windows login password adds level of security to the system, which can
restrict unauthorized users from accessing confidential data or programs that are
stored on the computer system.
