The event occuned on 10/25/10 at approximately 2316 at 2400 Benning Road, NE, WDC in Washington DC'

On 10t2512010 at about 23 16 hours, I, Officer Dempster was on duty as "Auto Theft 69" in the area of the 2400 block
Road, NE, Wash, DC, There I observed a gold in color Jeep Cherokee SUV bearing virginia tags YXEl456 travelling westbound on

Benning Road, Northeast. I saw that the Jeep was occupied only by the driver and I recognized it matched a lookout
from earlier in the day. (The Jeep was registered to the decedent
vehicle wanted in connection to a Montgomery county homicide
and was reported taken from the homicide scene')

and began to flee. I conducted a vehicle

I activated my lights and siren in an attempt to traffic stop the Jeep, however it accelerated
police diirricts. I was assisted directly by officers cappello, Quinlan' and
pursuit which last about l0 minutes and covered several
