This Transfer of Rights, made and executed this 20th day of January 2018, In Marikina City by,
WITNESSETH that.
The TRANSFEROR, purchased from VERDANTPOINT a parcel of land situated at Eastwood
Residences, San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal more particularly described as follows;
That for and consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php
350,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipts of which is full is hereby acknowledge by the TRANSFEROR
from the TRANSFEREE, the TRANSFEREE hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and Convey unto the
Transferee, hi/her heirs, successors and assigns the above parcel of land free from any lien or
encumbrances whatsoever.
That the TRANSFEREE shall assume all monetary obligation at Pag-ibig Mutual Fund (HDMF).
That the TRANSFEROR hereby declares that she is the true and lawful owner of the said
property and that he warrants her rights and title thereto against any person lawfully claiming the same:

1. To administer the house and lot which I purchased from the VERDANTPOINT DEV. CORP.,
thru HDMF/PAG-IBIG, identified as Phase 2 Blk 48 Lot 16 Located at Eastwood Residences,
San Isidro, Rodgriguez, Rizal;
3. To make transaction in my behalf with any office government or private for the titling and
transfer of ownership of said propertyin his name and receive the same in my behalf;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto said attorneys full power and authority to do
and perform any and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the forergoing authority as fully
to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorneys shall lawfully do by virtue hereof.

January, 2018 at Marikina City, Philippines.
