SUBJECT: TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

Dear,

This is to inform you that we are terminating the Security Service Contract
(“Agreement”) dated 01 April 2017 effective 31 March 2019 (“Termination Date”)
pursuant to Sections 16 and 17 found therein which provide that –

16. This Contract shall be effective for one (1) year starting from April 01, 2017
and will end at exactly 23:59h of March 31, 2018. This contract may be renewed
provided that in the absence of a formal renewal upon expiration of this Contract
the same is deemed renewed, unless however a termination notice within thirty
(30) days prior to end of the term be given in writing by the COMPANY.

17. In the absence of written notice for a renewal or termination from either party
thirty (30) days before the expiry date of this agreement or renewals thereof, the
same shall be deemed automatically renewed for a similar period and under the
same terms and conditions. In the event that this contract is pre-terminated by
the COMPANY sans just cause, it shall be liable for the payment of the remaining
term/period of the contract.

would like to thank you for your years of service to and we wish you the best in your
future endeavors.
