The CVV number is located on the back of the card under CVV2. It is a 3 digit number.

13. Do I need to activate the LOAD N SHOP Prepaid Visa Card?

Yes, it is essential to activate the card. Steps to activate the card and review details –
1. On registration completion you need to call the MAFF 24*7 Call center number +971 4 293 5814 and
choose the option to activate card.
2. You should call from the registered mobile number, enter the sixteen digit LOAD N SHOP prepaid
card number & enter the Date of Birth in DD-MM-YY format.
3. You would then be asked to enter the 4 digit PIN of your choice after which the card would be
activated and would be ready for use.

AED 2,000 is the maximum daily ATM withdrawal limit.
