Dear Parents,

All parents are requested to forward their coloured photographs (Father & Mother – both) of the size 3.5 cm x 5 cm
for making of Parent Identity Cards.

These ID Cards should remain available with the parent for gaining entry into the school premises on all working
days, i.e. Mondays to Fridays w.e.f. 25 Oct, 2017.

It is desirable that the Parent ID Card be presented at the school gate to the security during all the PTMs and Major
school functions for gaining entry.

A quick submission of the photographs latest by 26 Sep, 2017 will help us to handover the ID cards to the Parent
fraternity latest by 25 Oct, 2017.

Let us all join hands and work together towards the safety and security of school premises.
