My routine

Hello, my name is Christian Felipe Jimenez. I am a chemist and my daily routine from
Monday to Saturday is the following
I usually wake up at 6 am (o’clock) every day except Saturday and Sunday, then I get up
at 6:15am and I take a shower to go to the gym. I breakfast a cup of coffee and scrambled
eggs with break, after I brush my teeth and I go cycling for the gym. (The Monday,
Wednesday and Friday always I exercise in the university).
After the gym I am directed to do my research work in the laboratory of the engineering
department until noon, at 12m I do lunch Soap, rice, beans and mean or chiken. I return
my activities in the laboratory at 1:00 pm sharp until 5:00 pm finally; I return home and
have a sandwich, fruit and natural juice. Before going to bed sometimes I warm up and
then organize research reports until 11:00 pm and then I go to sleep.

My routine

scrambled eggs with bread, after brushing my teeth and going to the gym. (On Monday,
Wednesday and Friday I always exercise it at the university).
After the gym, I am directed to do my research work in the laboratory of the engineering
department as physicochemical analysis, I must also make reports of routines, on Monday
and Thursday I must synthesize chemical compounds for the analysis of the week, among
other activities. At 12 o'clock Lunch sometimes with: soup, rice, beans and chicken or
chicken and other times lunch with spaghetti, French fries, French bread, meat and salad.
In the afternoon I return to continue my activities in the laboratory at 1:00 o’clock sharp
until 5:00 o’clock finally; At night I return home and I have a sandwich, fruit and natural
juice. Before going to bed, sometimes I get warm and then I organize research reports
until 11:00 o’clock and then I go to sleep.

Reporter: According to Success magazine, people who know how to


manage their time better are more successful. Today in the studio, we
have Robert Campbell, one of the most successful businessmen in our
country. Good morning, Bob, and thanks for coming.

Robert Campbell: Thank you for the invitation. I am very happy to be here
with you today.

Reporter: OK, Bob, we all know you are a very successful person, could
you please tell us what to do to be successful in life?

Bob: Well, I think it is essential to organize your priorities and do only


what is connected with your objectives. For example, I always get up
early and map out my day. I usually check my mail before having
breakfast. I never watch TV. I hardly ever procrastinate. Sometimes I do
yoga before taking a shower. When I have a new project, I often visualize
the results I want to get. Visualization always works.

Reporter: It sounds simple, but for most people is very difficult to have
that much discipline. After the break, Bob will tell us how to be more
disciplined.
