1. OVERVIEW
This procedure is to clearly define the scope of work, the sequence of activities,
and safety considerations associated with the cleaning activities.
We propose to use the process specially designed for the petroleum and
petrochemical industry. This cleaning service will utilize a technology and special machine
that guarantee for the most efficient, effective, and environment friendly method of
cleaning.

2. WORKING PROCEDURE

2.1. Preparation

2.1.1 Prepare work permit before working

2.1.2 Make sure all the worker and operator have already underwent safety
training following client’s policy.

2.1.3 Mobilization of equipment to working area.

2.1.4 Prepare vacuum truck stand by at the sump pit
2.2.1 Prepare PPE set, worker should wear appropriate protection suit, face
shield, and safety boot

2.2. Cleaning Procedure

2.2.2 Place the suction hose to the sucking point. The worker (wearing chemical
protection suit) control the suction of vacuum hose
2.2.3 Suck the waste in the sump pit by vacuum truck
2.2.4 If vacuum truck full, drain the waste to designated area
2.2.5 Repeat the step for each line until job finish
