 DHCP – Service – Broadcast issue – Can be handled by themselves.
 Wireless Device – Wireless AP – Configuration can be handled by themselves.
 Please do not connect dual link to a same switch for internet connection.
 Please diagnose the problem domain of corporate client first (physical connection
problem or client end problem) before contacting to L2.

2. OVCC
 Ticketing should be maintained by all branch.
 Optical power budget (Parameter) should be standardized. (Fixed)
 All should be aware of Network overview.
 All should be Aware of out OLT/ONU devices features and benefits.
 Should be aware of Graph Overview – Bandwidth overview.
 Franchise should use standard OLT/ONU device as prescribed by Head END.
 All should be aware of regular problem domain and why the problem occurs. As a
problem well stated is a problem half solved.
