COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Agreement, made and entered into this 16th day of November 2018,
in the City of Dagupan, Philippines, by and between:

HADJI B. AQUINO, of legal age, married, Filipino,

and a resident of 110 Las Vegas, Bonuan Guese, Da-
gupan City, Philippines, referred to as the FIRST
PARTY;

- and -

ANNABELLE Z. AQUINO, of legal age, married,

Filipino, and a resident of Pantal-Patalan, Dagupan
City, Philippines hereinafter referred to as the SEC-
OND PARTY;

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the PARTIES are husband and wife.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY are mar-
ried for 21 years as husband and wife but due to irreconcilable interest they are
now separated de facto.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY have four
minor children namely; Crystal Mae, 17 years old, Angelica, 13 years old, and
Mark Denver, 11 years old.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY has agreed with SECOND PARTY to

give support to their children.

NOW, THEREFORE, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY

hereby agree and covenant that the FIRST PARTY will support the children
under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. DATE OF EFFECTIVITY. The said Compromise of Agreement exe-

cuted by parties takes effect upon the signing of this instrument.

2. That custody of the children will remain with the SECOND PARTY.

3. That the FIRST PARTY shall give a weekly support to the SECOND
PARTY in a sum of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) to cover the children’s
allowance including groceries and the children’s needs.

4. That said support shall be given every Sunday, and will commence on 25
November 2018, and each week thereafter.

5. That the SECOND PARTY shall allow the FIRST PARTY to visit their
children on any day, and could bring out their children, but obliged to return
them on the same day.

 6. That in cases of hospitalization and other untoward incidents that may
happen with their children the PARTIES agree to shoulder equally the ex-
penses to be incurred.

7. The parties hereby agree that they willingly, readily and voluntarily en-
ter the covenant and provisions stated herein and that the same shall be bind-
ing to them.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 16th

day of November 2018, in the City of Dagupan, Philippines.

ing instrument and they acknowledged to me that the same is their free volun-
tary act and deed.

This instrument consisting of two (2) pages including this page wherein
the acknowledgement is written and duly signed by the parties and their in-
strumental witnesses on each and every page thereof, refers to the Compromise
Agreement between parties.
