Goals of Successful Ethical Training Programs

Training:

 It is a process which is used to develop the knowledge, abilities and skills of an individual’s is
called Training.
 The program which module in ethics system for an organization for the purpose of improvement
or development in ethical knowledge or ethical development.
 The development of knowledge ability and skills is called Training.

 It is a process which provide ethical knowledge, ethical abilities and ethical skills of an
individual’s is called Ethical Training program.
 Educate employees about policies, expectations, laws, regulations, and general social standards
 Raise awareness of resources and support systems
 Empower employees

There are many goals of a Successful Ethical Training Programs some are given below;

1. The goal of a successful Ethical Training Program is to develop and amplify ethical
knowledge.
