Subject - Amendment of portal for refund under mentioned points.

Respected Sir,

1. As per company (PACL Ltd) Rule last receipt and policy bond (Registered Latter)
may kindly be accepted instead of all receipt in installment payment plan (IPP).
2. Those who have already submitted all original documents (like plot registration
certificate and receipt) and had only company receipt for receiving all documents
for maturity (By back receipt only) by back receipt may be accepted original
documents may be collected form PACL Ltd.
3. In case of Death of Plot (policy) Holder please send the guidelines.
4. In case of Death of Plot (policy) holder and Nominee please explain the guidelines
regarding the plot (policy) holder.
5. Pan card should be applicable above five lakh maturity payment.
6. Aadhar Card, Votar Card, Driving License, Passport may be accepted for proof.
7. Those who have purchase the plot PACL Company rule and the policy had been
indorsed in their name please give guidelines regarding them.
8. Those who have lost their plot registration certificate receipt and having only
certificate registration no. kindly give guideline regarding them.
9. Application for refund made kindly be simple and single page may only.
10. Full and final maturity may kindly be given as per company agreement. Delay
interest may kindly be paid as per rule of the company.
