Si la traducimos literalmente quedaría : ¿Cómo de viejo es usted?.

Entonces en inglés, cuando queremos averiguar por características, sencillamente utilizamos la Wh- question HOW
y el adjetivo, como podemos ver es muy fácil.

My name is Stephany I am 13 years old, I am tall and skinny. My hair is long and black, my face is oval, my forehead
is wide and my nose is small. I have big brown eyes with thick eyebrows and I wear braces. I am very shy and fist
when I fist meet people but once I get to know them I am a lot of fun. I am very emotional if someone speaks load to
me. I can cry easily. I love animals so when I grow up I want to be a veterinarian. I am new in Bucaramanga I use to
live in Barbosa (a Colombian city) when I was born. I started school at the Presentation. There I have met lots of
children from different parts of the country. My friend Juanita is from Bogotá she is tall like me but she is fatter, her
skin is lighter and she has freckles. Her hair is short and blond, the shape of her head is oval like mine but her eyes
are smaller and she doesn’t wear braces. Juanita’s nationality is Colombian, she is very talkative and she loves to
play jokes on everyone. She is always laughing and making jokes. She is very active and loves to play sports, she
has lots of energy and wants to be an actress. My other friend Mary is from china she has a twin sister. They are not
very tall and they both have straight black hair shoulder length. Their faces are round and have pail skin they have
small slanted eyes they are very nice and have a beautiful smile. They are short and skinny and they love to play
musical instruments. they are very quiet and they love to read. They are not very loud like Juanita but they like to talk
a lot too. They are very good students and they both tutor other students. Mary is good with math and her sister
Susan loves science. Mary wants to be an accountant and Susan wants to be a doctor.
