AFFIDAVIT OF CONFORMITY

I, JENELYN L. GO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and a resident of

Gitnang Bayan, San Mateo, Rizal, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and sat THAT:

1. I am one of the defendants in Civil Case No. 8843 now pending (on
appeal by the plaintiffs) before the Regional Trial Court branch 03,
Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, entitled, George Liban, et. al. vs. Heirs
of Roberto Liban, et. al”;

2. My co-defendants LOLITA L. TAGUIAM, GINA L. MACARAYAN,

ALBERT LIBAN, ASUNCION P. LIBAN entered into a Compromise
Agreement with the plaintiffs in the said case whereby the ceded
and conveyed to the latter an area of Six Hundred Twenty Five
(625) square meters of the lot in questions;

3. I am executing this joint affidavit to manifest my consent and

conformity to the said compromise Agreement which my afore-
named co-defendants entered into with the plaintiffs, and I do not
object to the approval of the said Compromise Agreement by the
Honorable Court.
