1.1 To respond the meanings in the simple short transactional (to get things done) and interpersonal (to
socialize) conversations accurately, fluently and acceptable to interact in the daily life context
involving the speech act of asking and giving certainty, and expressing and responding uncertainty

Boy : Of course I do. First, pick up the phone. Dial the service number. Then, state your name and
address to the operator.
Girl : Oh, I see. then, tell me more.
Boy : And then, state your destination to the operator.
Girl : What should I do after that?
Boy : Then, state if you are going to pay by credit card or cash. Finally, you close the cobversation
and hang up the phone. Done.
