Specifications.

Overhead Travelling Crane & Providing PAT, FAT for the same.

& increase MTBF, also involved in KAIZEN activity for PH & Compressor.

walking beam type & 14 Stand tandem mill with 16 Stand Block ,Laying Head, Cooling Conveyer,

tpy of steel products.

Furnace of walking beam type supplied by TENNOVA Hypertherm & 19 Stand tandem mill with 10
Stand Block ,Laying Head, Thermo-processing Unit for TMT,Coil Compactor, Bar layer forming &
Bar stacker . It is equipped with a unique combined technique to roll Wire Rod, Bar & Section in a
single setup by SMS MEER.
Job Responsibilities:-
● I am responsible for the successful operation of the mill capable of producing approximately 500,000
tpy of steel products.
● Responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership for overall plant and equipment
mechanical systems. This includes scheduling, planning, prioritizing work, purchasing, employee

I was working as ASSISTANT MANAGER at Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited since July 16th 2012
in Rolling Mill & SMS Project of 1 MTPA. Experience in EPC of Mechanical & Technical aspects
like PUMPS, PIPE LINES, FABRICATION, STRUCTURE, RAILS, EOT CRANES,AIR
COMPRESSORS, COOLING TOWERS, HEAT EXCHANGERS. ALSO IN EPC OF WATER
TREATMENT PLANT.

RHF &SBQ BAR MILL:-

● Furnace is a Walking Beam type (Danieli Centro Combustion) designed for a maximum production
of 90 TPH for both fuels (PG & FO) and .43MTPA of RCS, Rounds, Angles & Parallel Flange Beams
of CS,CHQ,Spring Steel,SS,HSLA structural Steel.
● Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of Charging Grid(Pawl Type WB), RHF, De-Scaler
(Inoxihp) Kick IN, Kick Out M/c, Bar Turner , Linear Manipulator, 36”-2 Hi-Rev Mill, Hot Saw
& Cooling Bed Rack Type.
● Erection, Commissioning & Maintenance of Auxiliary i.e. Hydraulic, Lubrication, Grease,
Pneumatic, Water Complex for the above Set-up.

● Day-to-day checking Operation & Maintenance of ELC, LVDH, Centrifuse, Offline Filter.
● Evaluation of the Technical & Commercial aspects of offers before placement of orders, attending
discussions and negotiations for finalization and placement of order.
● Responsible for Piping, Testing UT, RT, DP, Hydro test Leak Test, along with Degreasing, Pickling,
Passivation, Primary flushing, Secondary Flushing to get desired NAS level for Hydraulic line.
SMS-II: -
● Single High Power EAF (75 tons tapped steel in 40 min tap-to-tap time) Twin design 75 ton Ladle
Furnace (LF) and a Twin Tank vacuum station with five stages steam ejectors vacuum pump (VD) at a
total of 570000 TPA
● Associated Piping for Cooling water, Hydraulic & Grease Line Erection Testing and Commissioning
as per DANIELI Standard.
● Sole Responsible for Pre commissioning and commissioning activities like Pre-cleaning & Passivation,
Pickling & Flushing, Primary & Secondary Flushing of Hydraulic pipe line.
● Installation of Pneumatic Carbon Injection System for precision carbon flow control and the
optimization of transport air consumption & associate flow meter, Proportional valves.
Cooling Towers & Pump house:-
● Installation, Alignment Piping of Pumps for different types such as ESTD, HP Pumps (UT /INOXIHP
Piston), VT Pumps, HSC Type (WPIL) Maintenance, spare and inventory to increase MTTF.
● Primarily involved in calculation for Selection, Sizing, water make-up, fan size, pump horsepower
for cooling tower.
● Erection, testing & commissioning of cooling towers different types like RCC, Wooden, Double cross
flow induced draught type and FRP (Pal-tech) type used for different purpose.
Compressors:-
● Installation & Commissioning of single stage, oil-injected screw compressors (Atlas Copco makes
GA-250) & Driers (Refrigeration type Trident Make).
● Centralized Distribution Network of compressed Air throughout SMS-II, RM-II & ASP, the circuit
consists of Piping including FRL Units, Drain traps, Strainers, Diaphragm Operated Pneumatic Valves,
Pneumatic Cylinders.
● Maintenance of the above unit including spares and inventory control in order to provide zero
breakdowns and equipment effectiveness.
Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP):-
● Completed Commissioning of WTP including path (Wastewater Storage tank, Dosing of Coagulant &
Flocculent, HRSCC Clarifier, Clarified water storage tank Pressure sand filter Ultra filtration System
SMBS Dosing system Antiscalant Dosing system Cartridge filter RO High pressure pump Reverse
