Teacher : At after of this session, I hope you can :

b. Students can distinguish John Dalton's atomic theory, J.J. Thomson,
Rutherfor, bohr, and modern atomic models
c. Students are able to remember the advantages and disadvantages of

Umi : I’m Miss. Today lesson about Atomic Theory :


The concept was proposed by Democritus atom that is not supported by
conclusive experiment, so it can not be accepted by some scientists. The
experimental results reinforce the concept that these atoms produce a picture
the arrangement of these particles in the atom. This picture function for ease in
understanding the chemical properties of an atom. Overview arrangement
elementary particles in an atom is called the atomic model.

Ade :The development of the concept of scientifically atoms started by John Dalton
(1805), then followed by Thomson (1897), Rutherford (1911), and enhanced
by Bohr (1914).
