Respected Sir/M'am,

I (Mohd. Suhail) Online Application Number: CJMP19107468, had appeared in the MP Judicial
Examination held on 23rd of february,2019 shift II. I have certain objections regarding proposed
Model answer which are stated as follow:

stage defendant
can get the ex-
parte order
being set aside
upon proving
sufficient cause
for his
appearance.
Here the court
has discretion
to decide
whether the
reason given by
defendant are
reasonable and
sufficient for
setting aside ex
parte order .
Moreover
section 151
itself confers
wide power to
court to be
exercised in the
interest of
justice.

states that the
accused can be
cross-examined
as to previous
statement
without such
writing being
proved or
shown to the

3 year.
As per the

hence the
