DXD-180/500/1000series
Ⅰ general description
DXD-180、500、1000 model is as one interval and exquisite high efficiency automatic packing machine, with
perfect structure, unique design. This model is suitable for automatically packing loose, no adhesive, powder
and granular products. Such as coffee, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, seasoning, powder, medicine grain,
drying agent, tea, plant seed material and lotion, detergent, facial cream, soy sauce. The mechanism adopts the
newest control method and device of imported clutch to control bag size. The advantage of this machine is as
follow: intelligent photoelectric trade, simple adjustment, accurate track, perfect operation. And prevent
materials from the effect of heat and light high extent. Thus decrease the waste of material and reduce the cost
ⅡPacking materials
Packing materials used for this machine are compound materials, e.g. paper/ polyethylene, cellophane/
polyethylene, nylon/ aluminum-plated/ polyethylene, BOPP thin film, tea filter paper and etc.
Packing films are used in rolls, with an outside diameter not more than 300mm. the inside diameter of the
roll is 75mm. light spots for position control should be provided between two individual trade marks. The
width of the each light spot is about 5mm, and its length is about 8mm. the light spots should be clear, and the
ink should be equal. The stronger the contrast between the light spots and the base film, the more reliable the
control.
Take care that no trade mark pattern and other text should be within the side band where the light spots locate
when designing the trade mark to prevent mis-triggering of the photo-electric probe.
User should make sure the volume of the packaged product before choosing the packing materials.
According to the volume of packaged product to make sure the width of the packing material (twice time
width of shape bag), and the distance between trademarks (length of shape bag). Designing the picture of
packing material should after making sure the volume of packed product and the length of packing bag.
The total thickness of packing material is between 0.03mm and 0.1mm, which should depend on the request
and feature of package product.

Ⅳ working principle

4 Trouble of cutter
(1) Cut off not film:
Reason 1 the adjustment of gap between drive knife and Static knife is not good
Methods of adjustment: there are two short screw bolts outside of cutter which can pull tightly and two
long screw bolt inside which can press tightly. When the edge of drive cutter approach static cutter, the
friction between the two knifes cut off film. The best gap between the cutters is 1/100mm,
Two up part of knifes contact slightly and keep them parallel. When adjust, cutter coupling should be
push film should be delivered between two cutters with hand and be cut off. Cutter coupling should pull
out.
Reason 2 the edge of cutter is dilapidated...
Grinds with Oilstone when the dilapidation is slight, if serious, repair with Grinder.
Reason 3 the installment of cutter is not good; the operation of cutter coupling is not good. The orientate-
key is separated
Solution: check every part. And fix again.
5 Trouble of horizontal seal-roller
Place of seal is not good:
Reason: the adjustment of heat is not good, the pressure of push-spring is not enough or the pressure is
not equal.
Methods of adjustment: according to the difference of thickness of material and kinds, chose the
appropriate intensity to heating seal, if the humidity of seal is too high, the seal takes on white color, and
the place of seal is easy to separate. The pressure of heating sealing roll depends on push-spring to adjust.
To realize perfect seal, the appropriate humidity and pressure is needed. There one pressure adjust-button
is set to control the vertical heating roll and two pressure adjust-buttons are set to control horizontal
heating roll. Every adjust-button consists of push-button and pull-button. If only use push-button, more
strength will be aid to heat-roll to make the seal not good. So push-button and pull-button should be use
in coordination. Two adjust-buttons are to prevent the unequal Crosswise stress.
6 Trouble of film guide channel:
Film cannot cling up part of heat-roll, or separate heat-roll or both sides are not in alignment with each
other
Reason 1 film of filling, guide channel of film, and the center vertical seal roll and the horizontal seal roll
are not in the same line.
Reason 2 guide channel of film is over-incline.
Reason 3 Eccentric chain wheel’ speed of horizontal heat-roll is abnormal.
Methods of adjustment: The questions can not solute with above 1-3 methods, there should adjust as
follow.
(1)Rotate right the adjust-button of vertical seal to enhance pressure, pay attention that the seal can not be
done if film is over-Stretch,
(2)Reduce the pressure of vertical heating seal-roll; if the pressure is oversized, the film cannot enter
between two rolls
(3) The length of film that enters between two rollers is more than that of normal. Generally speaking, the
length before is 7mm, now is 10mm
(4) When two sides are not in alignment with each other through adjustment, bend the guide channel that
film oversized
(5) If the middle line of guide channel has error, or dilapidation is serous, middle line should be changed.
2、 Trouble in former
When film separate from vertical sealing roller or the packing material of front part of former take on
horizontal fold, rotate the bracket of former. When the packing material of former side take on the radiating
fold along vertical sealing roller, rotate the bracket of former anti-clockwise. When deliver paper
unsmooth, rotate bracket of former anti-clockwise. Move bracket of former fronts and backs is to adjust the
width of the vertical seal. When the two sides of vertical seal are not in align with each other, move the
former rights and lefts.
8 Troubles in the electric section
1, excessive thermal sealing current or fuses burn out
Reason: short circuit inside the electric heater or in the thermal sealing circuit.
2, the thermal sealing rollers do not heat
Reason: (1 heating cord burns out 2 fuse burns out or carbon brush in bad contact
3 failures in temperature controller: when turn the temperature setting knob the red and green indicators do not
glitter.)
3, the temperature of heat-sealing roller is out of self-control (temperature is to high)
Reason: 1, thermo scope line is bad, or thermometer and sealing roller are not well contacting. 2, trouble
inside the temperature controller.
4 The position of photo electricity is not accurate
Reason: (1) the fuse of controller burn out or inner parts are in trouble.
Reason (2) the packing paper has not installed well, which make the center of color code does not through
the center of photo electric probe spot
Reason (3) photoelectric probe id dust.
Reason (4) Sensitivity-knob has not adjusted well.
5 though the increase or decrease speed indicator light glitter, the position of trade mark is not correct.
Reason: (1) the number of interval gear is not chosen correct, which cause the error exceed 1.5mm. Micro-
adjustment of photo electricity is out of work.
(2) The position of photo electricity is not correct; when start cam should be place the position 1, then the
adjust-bracket of photo-electricity should be moved to keep the light spot of photoelectric probe in
align with the center of color mark.
(3) The delay-modification is not correct, should adjust
(4) The micro-switch is in trouble ( when cam rotate , should
(5) The Speed-adjusting mechanism of servo motor is in trouble, clean and repairs it.
6 clean machine constantly, oil regularly.
7 renew the oil of decelerate-motor every three months.

Push the cutter gear along the direction of arrow, enable it separate from idle pulley and turn cutter, if cutter
is delayed, rotate cutter anti-clockwise, if outstrip, rotate cutter clockwise, if normal, after achieve the
normal, put cutter in its location.
