Skid
The Skid is a mobile mini water treatment, capable of performing potability tests, supporting up
0,80 ppm of iron and manganese.
They are part of the installation of Skid:
 Three adapters for hoses: raw water intake, treated water outlet and waste water outlet.
 Two batching pumps for chlorine and pH control.
 A flowmeter for measuring the flow system.
 Two pressure gauges for control of system pressure.
 Two blue filters with plastic reinforced by fiber glass.
 An advanced filtration module.
System Operation Description

The raw water so actuated undergoes a dosing process and control of chlorine and pH.
After this process, the water goes through the measurer, equipment on which has the function to
measure flow in liters / minute or gallons / minute.
The flow goes to the beginning of filtration processes which will be described filtration process.
After passing through the filters, the water comes out ready for use as needed operator.
BATCHING PUMP
The batching pump has a manual adjustment in two ranges, adjusted and changed by a switch.
When placed in position (1) the batching pump will be working at 100%, when the switch setting is
in (on) the batching pump will be working at 20%, so the same is working best for a smaller flow.
To access the switch, unscrew the bottom cover of the metering, so the operator will be able to
switch the setting to the desired position.
Flowmeter
The Flowmeter It is a device used to measure the flow of a liquid or gas in a pipe and belongs to
the variable area meters class. These devices measure the flow of a fluid by passing it by a
tapered tube.
A variable area flowmeter does not require any external power supply, since it utilizes the
properties of the fluid, along with gravity, to measure the flow.
Pressure Gauge
The pressure gauge is an instrument used to measure the pressure of fluid contained in closed
containers. There are basically two types: liquid and gas.
The working pressure indicated for SKID, is equal to or less 2,00 kgf/ cm².
The maximum pressure indicated for SKID is equal to or less 4,00 kgf/ cm². Indicate the customer
to keep the working pressure indicated, to minimize the chances of damaging the material.
Filtration Process
Possible filtration processes are: P003, P103, P123 and P203. Both are related to the closing and
opening of the records that are on the easel.
003 Process: It consists of the water passage only in the filter 3.
103 Process: It consists of the water passage in the filters 1, 2 and 3.
123 Process: It consists of the water passage in the filters 1 and 3.

203 Process: It consists of the water passage in the filters 2 and 3.

Material:  PRFV (Polyethylene reinforced with fiberglass) Cost-Benefit –
Tank don’t require maintenance and has excellent cost-benefit.

up 40°C (104ºF).
 Environmental compliance – The reuse does not affect the

quality, which helps to preserve the environment, because is
100% recyclabe. The Polyethylene objects never become waste
at the end of its useful life.

Datasheet of the Advanced Filtration Module
Advanced Filtration Module Pre-Osmosis is recommended for retaining particulates in suspension,
silica and coloidal iron, reduction SDI (Solid Density Index), and allows the removal of viruses,
bacteria and protozoa.
Recommended for use in final filtrations, residential central filters and/or commercial, and industry
in pretreatment, Conventional ETA complements and Pretreatment reverse osmosis.
Special chemical cleaning will be carried out in accordance with pre-established project by the
staff.

Valves with ´´LED`` display the following information is displayed:
 Operation, periodic decreasing amount of water, amount of water produced per hour,
cumulative quantity of water;
 Valve locked or unlocked;
 Operation indicator;

Symbols and Buttons – LED display:

Only with the unlocked valve configuration / parameterization of the steps of cleaning /
regeneration it is possible.
Unlock: Press the button ´´FLUX`` and ´´+1´´ at the same time, then appears on the screen the
symbol , showing that the valve is unlocked / released;
SHIFT: Button used to toggle the steps of regeneration / cleaning, triggered when you want to
manually perform the process of regeneration / cleaning;
MODE: After the unlocked valve, the pressure valve type operation, by operation time or operation
volume may be changed;
SET: Button to switch the parameter screens to be adjusted according to the project,
 Flow mode: Setup screens C1, C2 and C3;
Flux: Button with dual function:

 Unlocked valve: Used for parameter modification;
 Locked valve: In normal operation, press the button to display the flowrate;
Lock: The valve will be blocked / locked automatically after 3 minutes if no parameterization
operation is performed.
Parameterization Valve – LED display:
Unlock:
Press the button ´´FLUX`` and ´´+1`` simultaneously to unlock. After unlocking, the unlocking
indicator lit. If no button is pressed the valve is automatically blocked.
These 3 buttons, ´´SHIFT, MODE, SET `` They can only be used if the valve is unlocked. If you
press them in lockout condition, the light unlocking will be blinking to remind you to unlock the
valve.
Selecting the Operating Mode:

After release the valve, pressing the button ´´MODE``, It can be selected valve operating mode.

Operation by Flow / Volume :

In general, the equipment must choose the standard flow. In the flow mode, the machine is not
affected by changes in water pressure and the influence of the equipment operating efficiency to
ensure a certain consumption of salt water production. But in flow mode only for irrigation, the
equipment can be automatically modified to recovery. Therefore, the user must add a softening
water tank volume determined to ensure that the user can use the water softening anytime.
Configuration - Mode Flow / Volume:
C1: Water quantity in liters to be used in the Backwash, the adjustment should be carried out in
the range 0 up 999. (Factory setting: 42L).
Brine or Backwash:
C2: Water quantity in liters to rinse the filter medium, the adjustment should be carried out in the
range 0 up 999. (Factory setting: 90L).
Wash:
C3: Amount of water in ´´m³`` to be filtered by the current operating cycle, the adjustment should
be carried out in the range 0 up 999 (Factory setting: 25m³).
Run:
Confirming parameterization:
After finishing the configuration ´´Brine or Backwash, Wash and Run``, (C1, C2 and C3), press
the button ´´+1`` to confirm the settings.
If there is need for individual adjustment of any parameter, always press the button ´´+1`` to
confirm the change.
If there is no confirmation the program will continue to operate with the previous setting and the
remaining time and amount of water.
