TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

(Owned and runner by B BRAUN INDIA PVT LIMITED).

Working as – ENGINEER - INJECTION MOULDING.

Handling 12 Jinhwa glotech Korean Machines (165T),

10 L&T Machines- India(150T)
4 machine Feeromatik Milacron Novaservo 200 (200T).
Moulds-Hot runner system, semi hot runners, three plate and two
plate moulds.

Involved in manufacturing of Disposable Syringes from 2ml to

50ml, different types of IV Sets, Blood transfusion sets, Urine bags
and many other medical disposables available in market under
OMNIVAN and OYSTER brand names.

 Also worked jointly as a TR. Engineer in Sterilization department

of the same company for 4 months.
 Working as a member in the company Safety regulatory board.
 Industrial training at Rourkela steel plant, Rourkela.
 SAP WORK -
Handled Process Order Maintenance in PP Module.

 Creation of Process order as per material required

 Posting of GR to the process order.

 Batch determination through Material assignments.

 Frequently using of PP reports like COOIS, MB51, etc….

 Tracking of GR Vs Confirmations.

Out of SAP BOX

 Preparing of MIS reporting based on the team requirements.

 Work closely with Finance teams towards providing support with

month closing reports.
