Nature of Work

. As a SITE INCHARE I had to execute all internal and external electrical works in building construction
with proper work allocation & management skills with a team of staff. Coordinate with Client, Electrical
consultants and contractors to run project smoothly and prepare of DPR & Planning for review of
progress for timely completion. Prepare Quarterly progress report and audit at Site to improve the
quality of work. Main Responsibilities & Experience are

Erection, Commissioning of all ELECTRICAL systems

Organizing the support staffs for supervision of site activities, administration & document control
Formulating long term & day to day plans for the project.
Quoting of Extra items ,Qty amendment and billing
Ensuring accuracy of work as per approved drawings, method and documents.
Checking the quality of work as per approved shop drawing, method statement, progress and
program.
Forecasting manpower, equipment/planet, materials and other requirements.
Monitoring and follow up electrical subcontractor's works and supplies.
Strict implement of construction program.
Ensuring that the latest drawing and approved material are used at site.
Supervise all systems testing and commissioning.
Responsible for technical submittal.
Safety of the worker and control safety regular.
Ensuring co-ordination among various department and with appointed specialized subcontractors.
 Attending the design and site management meetings with the Project Manager and Architect to
