1. Conducts post audit of Journal Entry Vouchers (JEVs) and Disbursement Vouchers
(DVs);
2. Conducts tests of balances/substantive tests on assigned accounts and prepares audit
working papers;
3. Conducts review of various contracts;
4. Conducts cash examination on the cash accounts and transaction of assigned
Accountable Officer;
5. Attends as observer in the bidding process of the auditee;
Assists in the conduct of ocular inspection of acquired assets, office equipment, and
6.
motor vehicles;
Drafts/prepares Audit Observation Memoranda (AOMs) and Notice of Disallowances
7.
(ND) covering the accounts audited;
8. Assists in the preparation of the Annual Audit Report (AAR);
9. Performs other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
10. Attends to various staff meetings, exit conference and seminars; and
